All of our CPDI drivers are African experts and understand the hazards and threats of African roads better than anyone. 

CPDI drivers make a special effort to understand the culture, customs and the laws of each country in which they work. They also work well with other close protection teams.

CPDI specialises in providing the most highly trained close protection drivers in the business. Protecting the principal is our primary concern and keeping them safe in all environments requires highly comprehensive driving skill levels.  

Many close protection teams participate in a five-week accreditation program, which may include only a small percentage of driver-training. CPDI drivers, on the other hand, train with highly qualified driving instructors for four weeks intensively, and incorporate many skills not taught by other security organisations.
